Quality Control Methods / Results

Analyses:

  • PURITY: : > 95% by SDS PAGE: Major 24 kDa band. A minor band attributable to Troponin-I dimer is observed on SDS PAGE gels. This results from dialysis into urea free buffer and does not affect immunoreactivity.
  • Western Blot: Identity confirmed using Anti-Human Cardiac Troponin-I monoclonal antibody.

Optimum Storage Conditions: -25° C or below (Avoid repeated freeze thawing).
