Comments:
Under appropriate conditions, Stabilized Troponin-I
can be diluted in serum, lyophilized and recovered
with full activity after storage in lyophilized form
for two weeks at 37§ C. We anticipate that such material
will find utility as control and calibrator material.
Prepare dilutions into delipidated human serum containing
1 mM CaCl2. Freeze as aliquots and store
at -70° C.
Optimum Storage Conditions: -25°
C or below (Avoid repeated freeze thawing).
