Analyses:
- PURITY: > 95% by SDS PAGE. Major 22kDa band.
Upper band of 44kDa represents Tn-I dimer.
- Total Protein determined by Bradford Protein Assay
vs BSA as reference standard.
Comments:
Purified by Tn-C affinity chromatography.
Optimum Storage Conditions: -25°
C or below (Avoid repeated freeze thawing).
