band. Actual molecular wt. varies by species.
- Total Protein determined by Bradford Protein Assay
vs. BSA as reference standard.
Comments:
Purified by Tn-C affinity chromatography.
Suitable for preparation of control/calibrator reagents
for assays designed to detect the respective antigens
in animal plasma/serum. For preparation of control/calibrator
reagents, we recommend dilution into a TBS buffer
containing excess rabbit skeletal muscle Troponin-C
which acts as a stabilizer.
Optimum Storage Conditions: -25°
C or below (Avoid repeated freeze thawing).
